Complete overhaul pack for your drinking system

The KLO-500 Car Drink Water Line Kit is the essential technical set for the maintenance or replacement of the "beverage" components of your endurance hydration kit (DCS-200 complete kit). This pack includes all the components required to ensure a leak-proof and constant fluid transfer between the driver and the Extrem Drink stainless steel bottle onboard your racing vehicle or simulator.

Over time, due to operating conditions and racing hazards, it is sometimes necessary to replace the connection elements of the Extrem Drink system.
Performing regular maintenance on your drink lines yourself is always possible during the racing season to maintain the high level of performance expected by the user.

High-performance water line kit specifications

This kit allows for an identical replacement of your Extrem Drink racing automotive equipment. It enables complete maintenance or repair of the drink connection using original quality and high-performance components.

Kit contents:

  • 1x Leak-proof female water coupling (RCF-540)
  • 1x Leak-proof male water coupling (RCM-530)
  • 1x Non-return valve (Check valve)
  • 5m of large-diameter drink connection tubing

MODE D'EMPLOI

Optimize the longevity of your car endurance hydration kit


Over time, thermal cycles, and the use of beverages with additives, the tubing and connectors can become clogged or lose their seal.

Installation is identical to the existing setup. Simply adjust the length of the flexible hose as needed, using the one already in place as a template.

Our Technical Recommendations:

  • Preventive Maintenance:
    We recommend a complete replacement of all drink lines and connectors before the start of each season to guarantee full efficiency and hygiene for your Extrem Drink kit.
  • Secure Installation:
    For the flexible hose, systematically install small cable ties (Rilsan type) on each barbed fitting of the couplings to ensure optimum hold of the Extrem Drink tubing system.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    Remember to prime the drink delivery line before leaving the pits.
  • Thermal Insulation:
    To keep your beverage cool (or warm), we strongly advise completing this kit with our insulating sleeve (GIV-510).
