The Extrem Drink DSC-200 driver hydration kit is a ready-to-mount system, engineered to meet the extreme demands of motorsport and endurance racing. It is designed to push the pilot's physical limits by preventing dehydration in the cockpit.

Without any power supply and with the bottle cap optimization upwards, your Extrem Drink guarantees 100% reliability thanks to an optimized natural suction technology.

A Driver Hydration System Built for Competition

The Extrem Drink support bracket must be installed vertically in the vehicle. The bottle can be disconnected instantly during driver changes with zero risk of leakage.
The flexible lines and helmet accessory kit deliver the exact amount of water needed directly to the driver's mouth. The integrated Drink and/or Radio interface allows for extremely rapid driver swaps during relays. The stainless steel bottle is dishwasher safe for optimal hygiene.

Technical specifications of the pilot hydration support Extrem Drink DSC-200

The pilot hydration support Extrem Drink DSC-200 is positioned vertically, bottle cap upwards: no leakage possible.

Thanks to the care taken with the drink’s flow, there is no longer any need for motorization; a simple suction from the driver is enough!

This equipment was tested at an ambient temperature of 70° for 24 hours, with a result fully compliant with use and happy drivers.

Tip-Top is the nickname of this Extreme Drink!

Installation instructions for rally and circuit

Look for a location for the DRINK holder, positioned
vertically and allowing access for quick change of the bottle.

Securely fasten the pilot hydration bottle support Extrem
Drink in the cabin, bolted via the Ø6 fasteners and the supplied screws (60 x 54 mm pitch).

Position the flexible connection part with a view to
installing the interchangeable connection technology. Ideally, cover the hose with our insulating sleeve to prevent overheating of the drink in the flexible path.

Once everything is in place, do a test of the whole set including the radio, if equipped.

To ensure easy water distribution, start the mouthwatering
process before the first rolling session.

To extract the bottle, pull the yellow knob in order to pass
the accidental opening safety lock, then rotate the knob; the flap opens by raising it slightly upwards.

To reposition the bottle, check the tightness of its cap,
place it on the base of the holder, grasp the yellow knob, close the flap and pass through the safety guard by rotating the yellow knob to ensure closure.

In order to increase the efficiency of hydration, the
composition of the beverage liquid can be defined by a nutritionist and the bottle stored upstream in the refrigerator.

It’s simple and effective, even at night with your eyes
closed!
