Delivery and returns

As part of our quality and customer satisfaction performance policy, we make it a point of honor to ensure fast, careful and transparent processing of your orders.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
All orders for items in stock are prepared and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, after receipt of payment. During peak periods, slight delays may occur.
In the event of a stock shortage or a specific quantity order, the manufacturing lead time will be specified in an email to you. Delivery will only be made for the entire order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of a request for a custom-made product, the delivery time will be provided to you at the same time as the service offer following your request via the contact form.
DELIVERY ZONES AND TAXES
Our products can be delivered worldwide.
Depending on the destination, when the package is handed over to the carrier, it is accompanied by the customs information in force and necessary for its delivery.
Any applicable taxes related to your country's legislation remain your responsibility.
As a reminder, products are invoiced with or without tax under the following conditions:
- France Professionals or Individuals:
All taxes included (TTC),
- Europe for Professionals:
Invoicing Excluding Tax (HT) if Intra-Community VAT number indicated on the order form and corresponding to the company indicated for delivery.
If no valid number: Individual scheme.
Incoterm DAP.
- Europe for Individuals:
invoicing including tax France, Incoterm DAP,
- Worldwide Professionals or Individuals:
Tax-free with import customs fees, Incoterm DAP.

SHIPPING METHOD
Your packages are shipped via Chronopost, which delivers worldwide directly to the address provided during checkout. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the address is incorrect, the buyer must contact the carrier through the package tracking system to correct the error and pay any additional shipping charges.
No refund or compensation can be claimed from Extrem Motorsport in the event of transport difficulties or incorrect choice of delivery type when ordering.
We reserve the right to use another carrier, under similar conditions, to facilitate the delivery of your package if necessary.
ORDER TRACKING
A confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped by the transport management service. You will be able to track your package in real time via the carrier's website.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are automatically calculated during your order, based on the quantity of products/weight, the volume of the package and its destination.
We prefer a non-low-cost carrier to ensure you receive at least a quality service.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order and we do everything we can to ensure that. However, if a return is necessary, here are the instructions:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current European legislation, if payment is not made by a professional company, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without necessarily having to justify the reason.
Outside the European Economic Area (EEA), there is no right to a cooling-off period.
In the case of a company, regardless of the country, the withdrawal period does not apply, except with express written agreement with Extrem Motorsport.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product(s) must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice and the documents necessary for tax exemption (if return costs are charged to Extrem Motorsport, they will be deducted from the refund amount).
Incomplete, damaged or used returned items will not be refunded or exchanged.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any applicable legal taxes.
We recommend using a quality shipping method with package tracking.
REFUND TERMS
Once the package has been received and checked to comply with Extrem Motorsport's conditions (see chapter return conditions), we will confirm the implementation of the refund within 10 working days by email to you.
It is understood that if return shipping costs have been incurred (taxes for example), they will be deducted from the refunded amount, at the exact value.
Similarly, if the returned item(s) are incomplete, damaged or have been used, they will not be refunded or exchanged.
