Technical Specifications of the Drink Holder Roll Bar Mount Ø40 mm

Engineered from high-mechanical-resistance synthetic materials, the 3 clamps forming this Ø40 mm drink holder roll bar mount ensure a perfect hold for your driver hydration system. It stands as the ideal technical solution for race vehicles where direct anchoring to the roll cage tubes remains the cleanest and most accessible configuration for the crew.

Kit Includes:

  • 3 mounting clamps for 40 mm diameter roll bars, ready to install.
  • 2 lengths of high-adhesion self-adhesive hook-and-loop (Velcro) strips.
  • Technical Note: Installation of the mount is done directly using the original screws from your Extrem Drink holder.

Installation Guide: Extrem Drink Mounting Bracket


The installation of the drink holder roll bar mount is designed to be quick while ensuring an absolute lock. Follow these steps for a proper setup inside your cockpit:

1 - Preparation and anti-rotation locking

  • Find a suitable spot for the Extrem Drink hydration holder on a vertical roll bar tube that is easily accessible for quick bottle changes within the cockpit, ensuring the cap faces upwards.
  • Thoroughly degrease the roll bar tube and the outer surface of your drink holder. Position the 2 Velcro strips provided with the kit: these hook-and-loop strips lock the roll bar mount in place, eliminating any risk of rotation or axial movement on the tube during racing.

2 - Assembly & clamp installation

  • Set the Drink holder in place by installing the first clamp using the original M6x25TF screws from the Extrem Drink bottle holder.
  • Position the other 2 clamps on the tube, then firmly tighten all 6 screws with equal torque to ensure an even split of the clamping force.

3 - Driver hydration system activation

  • Finalize the assembly of your driver drink kit by adding the flexible hose line and the connectors into the cockpit.
  • Insert a full bottle, prime the driver's hydration drink by suction, and double-check that quick bottle swaps are smooth and effortless.

Simple as that, everything is ready for the race!
