In motorsport, every single second saved during a driver change or a pit stop counts. The SA5-514 racing roll bar drink holder mount has been specifically engineered for race teams and drivers whose safety cage features 50 mm diameter tubing, a frequent standard on prototypes, GTs, and rally cars competing in long-distance endurance events.

Three heavy-duty composite clamps wrap securely around the roll bar tube with precision machining that completely eliminates any mechanical play.
The result: your Extrem Drink bottle remains perfectly stationary during aggressive acceleration, heavy braking, and high-G cornering, without ever restricting the driver's movements inside the cockpit.

Composition and Technical Specifications of the Drink Holder Mounting Kit


The SA5-514 drink holder roll bar mount meets a precise technical requirement: permanently and securely anchoring a driver hydration bottle holder onto a 50 mm outer diameter roll bar tube. Each clamp is dimensioned to the millimeter to fit this specification perfectly, with zero play and without placing excessive stress on the tube.

Kit Includes:

  • 3 clamps for Ø50 mm roll bars, ready to install.
  • 2 lengths of self-adhesive hook-and-loop strips.
  • Technical Note: Installation of the mount is done directly using the original screws from your Extrem Drink holder.

MODE D'EMPLOI

Installation Procedure: Racing Roll Bar Drink Holder Mount

  • Selecting the anchor tube
    Choose a vertically oriented roll bar tube positioned within the driver's peripheral vision. Ensure there is enough clearance to allow quick extraction, a critical factor during driver changes in endurance racing.
    The bottle cap must absolutely face upwards.
  • Anti-slip surface treatment
    Thoroughly clean and degrease the roll bar tube contact area as well as the back of the drink holder. Carefully apply the two included Velcro strips. They form the first layer of mechanical locking, preventing any rotation or axial shifting under heavy dynamic stress on the track.
  • Sequential clamp tightening
    Engage the first clamp using the original M6x25TF screws from the Extrem Drink holder to temporarily set the assembly in place.
    Install the remaining two clamps and tighten the 6 screws in a cross pattern, applying even and balanced torque to guarantee uniform pressure distribution around the tube.
  • System validation before heading on track
    Once the flexible hose line and connectors are linked inside the cockpit, a complete test from the driving position is mandatory before any track session or race entry. Double-check suction priming, cap accessibility, and ease of bottle swapping under race conditions.

    Just like that, everything is ready for the race!
