Driver helmet simple drink plug: the replacement drink connector for your hydration kit

The SPC-425 simple drink plug is the spare part for the KCS-405 driver helmet hydration kit. Sold separately, it allows you to replace or duplicate your helmet drink connector without having to buy a complete kit.
Fixed directly to the helmet via a hook-and-loop (Velcro) set, this mini-connector allows you to instantly couple your Extrem Drink fluid supply to the cockpit base for the DPV-420 double drink plug. Designed down to the smallest detail for motorsport, it meets the demands of racing competitions like WEC, GT, or Rally-Raid, as well as for gentleman drivers during races or track days.

MODE D'EMPLOI

Installation and use of the driver helmet simple drink plug SPC-425

  • Assembly & Installation:
    The two half-shells fit very easily around the male drink connector to form a solid and protected unit.

    Place a small rilsan tie (zip tie) between the hose and the drink coupling to ensure a perfect hold.

    Secure the 2 shell halves and tighten the 3 retaining screws.
  • Positioning the Velcro on the helmet:
    We recommend fixing this driver helmet drink plug on the side of the helmet (and not on top). This prevents any catching on the roll bar or the narrow door frame.

    Degrease the chosen area on the helmet and position the provided Velcro according to the driver's preference before attaching the plug.
  • Mandatory compliance test:
    Before entering the track, perform a complete test directly on board the race vehicle to validate the ergonomics of the driver hydration kit and overall compliance.
  • Maintenance:
    This system is built to last. If needed, our maintenance service is at your disposal to ensure the maximum longevity of your equipment.
