More than just a storage accessory, this is a precision-engineered component designed for the most demanding racing environments. Whether positioned vertically on a bottle trolley or laid flat on the ground, to the right or left of the pit box, mount this Air Jack lance holder exactly where you need it.

  • CNC Machined from Solid:
    Each holder is machined directly from a high-strength block, guaranteeing reliable support and heavy-duty durability.
  • Universal Trolley Mounting:
    Thanks to its adjustable clamping system, it fits perfectly on bottle trolley tubes with diameters ranging from 19 mm to 43 mm.
  • Pneumatic Circuit Protection:
    By keeping the lance securely fastened to the trolley, the Extrem Motorsport Air Jack Holder prevents the intrusion of debris (dust, gravel, rubber), which are common causes of leaks or premature wear on Air Jack seals.
  • Compatibility:
    Compatible with Air Jack lances featuring an outer fitting diameter of 29 mm.

Installing the Extrem Motorsport Air Jack Lance Holder

An essential racing accessory, this holder has been designed for agile, quick installation and extreme efficiency during the race.

  • Mounting Preparation:
    Identify the best location on your nitrogen bottle trolley based on your pit box configuration.
  • Adjusting to Trolley Diameter:
    Position the holder around the trolley tube (compatible with diameters from 19 to 43 mm).
    Carefully adjust the bolt length according to the tube diameter.
    Maintain at least 25 mm of thread engagement within the Air Jack lance holder.
    Tighten the bolts to ensure total stability, even during sudden or rough handling.
    Subject to proper positioning, the Extrem Motorsport Air Jack holder can also be installed on square tubing or mounted directly onto sheet metal by drilling.
  • Inserting the Lance:
    The specific geometry of the Air Jack lance holder allows the wand to be seated naturally and securely.
