PRODUCT INFORMATION

By using excessive amounts of chain oil, the latter becomes the most significant source of dirt on the kart and the track.

To overcome this major drawback, adopt the oil doser designed by Team Extrem Motorsport.

Simple to use, economical by eliminating expensive oil cans and post-use cleaning products.
It also saves time and provides peace of mind, which is considerable.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE

The grease fitting kit is easy to use.
- Position the reservoir on the chain guard between the 2 sprockets, with the elbow fitting against the outer edge.
- Secure the tank using the 2 screws (simply put a dab of grease on the 2 threaded holes to mark the location to drill).
- Locate the ideal position near the motor sprocket above the lower strand of the chain and drill a Ø6 hole directly above it.
- Position the elbow on the small tube side in the hole and secure it with the supplied plastic clamp. Adjust the length of the small tube to align with the chain.
- Position the long tube in the tank fitting, adjusting its length as needed.
It's ready!

Apply a thick, stringy oil using a syringe to precisely fill the reservoir without overflowing (stringy oil for chainsaw chain).
Then screw the cover on for 2 turns and watch the oil deposit on the chain.

Each time the chain needs lubrication, aim for approximately 1 turn by rotating the wheel to distribute the oil over all the links.

When the lid is screwed on tightly, refill the tank.
