In motorsport, every second saved during a stint counts. The SA5-514 competition roll bar bottle mount is designed for teams and drivers whose roll cage is made of 50 mm diameter tubes—a common standard on prototypes, GTs, and rally cars competing in endurance events.

Three high-strength clamps encircle the roll bar tube with precision machining that eliminates any mechanical play.
The result: your Extrem Drink bottle remains perfectly stable during acceleration, braking, and through the most aggressive cornering, without ever hindering the driver’s movements inside the cockpit.

Composition and Technical Specifications of the Drink Holder Mounting Kit


The SA5-514 roll bar bottle mount bracket meets a precise technical requirement: to securely and permanently anchor a driver hydration bottle mount to a 50 mm outer diameter roll bar tube. Each clamp is precision-sized to the millimeter to fit this exact dimension, with zero play or excessive stress on the tube.

Kit includes

  • 3 clamps for Ø50 mm roll bars, ready to install
  • 2 lengths of self-adhesive hook-and-loop strips

Technical Note:
Installation of the mount is done directly using the original screws from your Extrem Drink holder.

MODE D'EMPLOI

Installation Procedure: Racing Roll Bar Drink Holder Mount

  • Choosing the Mounting Tube
    Opt for a vertically oriented roll bar tube, sufficiently clear to allow quick removal of the bottle: a crucial criterion during driver changes in endurance racing.
    The bottle cap must be oriented upwards.
  • Anti-slip Surface Treatment
    Thoroughly clean and degrease the roll bar tube in the contact area as well as the back of the bottle mount. Apply the two provided Velcro strips with precision: they form the first level of mechanical locking against rotation and axial translation under dynamic stresses.
  • Sequential Tightening of the Clamps
    Engage the first clamp using the original Extrem Drink mount's M6x25TF screws to position the assembly.
    Then install the two remaining clamps and tighten the 6 screws in a cross pattern, with even and balanced force to guarantee a homogeneous distribution of pressure on the tube.
  • System Validation Before Heading to the Track
    Once the flexible hose and connectors are linked in the cockpit, it is imperative to perform a complete test from the driving position (suction priming, cap accessibility, ease of bottle change) before any on-track use or entry into a race.

    And quite simply, everything is ready!
