In winter, or whenever the track is cold, it is difficult to warm up your tires.

This results in slower lap times, the risk of spinning out, and premature tread wear.
The result is a significant cost in tire purchases.

The rules prohibit warming up tires during a race, but there's nothing to stop you from saving money during training!

The system is compatible with DEXTER brand heat guns, model HG-DP2000. This heat generator, sold at Leroy Merlin, is not included.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Aluminum or magnesium rims are reservoirs that accumulate heat and slowly release it to the tires over time. This greatly saves on tires and allows you to get up to speed more quickly.

The heat gun is specifically positioned for maximum efficiency and to protect the rims.

The rim heating kit includes:
- 1 rim heat collector to be positioned on a Dexter HG-DP2000 gun
- 1 strap kit

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Remove the valve caps.

Put the strap in place and adjust it to keep the system firmly attached to the front or rear rim.

Also position the rim cap to block the rear axle (item available for purchase on our website).

Turn the heat gun on to maximum power and monitor the gradual heating of the rims.
Repeat the process on all rims as necessary.

Depending on the ambient temperature, heat for 5 minutes before riding to allow the heat to build up.
Set off as soon as everything is at the right temperature.

The manufacturing time of our products is controlled.
