Individual helmet kit allowing the equipment of a pilot helmet for connection to the Extrem Drink hydration system.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

This product is made of high density ABS using professional printer (Stratasys).
Every element is robust and has been tested positively on long sand raids or 24-hour endurance races.

The design is compact so as not to subject the water or radio connectors to destructive leverage effects in the medium term.

Complete kit including:
- 1 yellow headset plug, with its waterproof water connection, its pipe and its 180° guide (radio cable not supplied).
- 1 set of hook and loop fasteners,
- 1 set of plastic collars,
- 1 set of radio cable holder on the helmet.

Everything must be arranged in its implementation according to the type of helmet, its openings, the type of radio earphone and the wishes of the pilot.

Depending on the radio connectors used, a small mechanical adjustment may need to be made in the yellow plug.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

After positioning the radio jack in the yellow plug, implementation of the kit:
- Integrate your radio cable around the water pipe.
- Connect the radio jack to the headset.
- Position the 3 radio cable clips at the base of the helmet to hold it perfectly.
- Position the Velcro of the 180° guide and stick it on top.

It is recommended to position the yellow plug and its Velcro on the side of the helmet (and not on the top) to make it easier for the rider to put it on without hang on in the roll bar or the narrow opening of the door.

Position the oral suction tube according to the pilot's use (through the front grille, the second radio socket location, left free, etc.).

Once this operation is completed, carry out a hydratation and radio compliance test on the racing vehicle.
