Designed as a centerpiece of the Extrem Drink ecosystem, this technical mount serves as a universal and ultra-secure anchor point for your drink lines. Thanks to its high mounting versatility, it can be installed according to your precise needs: directly on your race car's roll cage (with 2 possible configurations), securely bolted to the dashboard via its 4 fixing points, raised using a dedicated interface spacer, or integrated into the aluminum profiles of a simracing chassis. It allows the driver or the Driver Assist to instantly couple the helmet's quick connector, providing valuable time savings and maximum responsiveness during racing stints and pit stops.

Manufactured from High-Density ABS using an advanced industrial 3D printing process (Stratasys technology), this cockpit accessory delivers exceptional robustness. Installation and Usage of the Simple Plug Cockpit Mount ESH-430

  • Selecting the Location:
    Identify the ideal mounting area inside the cockpit to guarantee perfect ergonomic access for both the driver and the Driver Assist. Then, securely fasten the mount either using its 4 screw-mounting points or with Rilsan-type cable ties (zip ties).
  • Roll Cage Installation:
    If positioning the mount directly onto a roll cage tube, it is imperative to install the provided hook-and-loop interface pad. This mechanical solution eliminates any risk of rotation or axial movement caused by vibrations. Depending on your accessibility needs, you can add an extension spacer to raise the mount.
  • Hose Routing:
    Ensure clean and smooth routing of the flexible hose to the Extrem Drink holder, taking care to avoid any pinching or sharp bends that could restrict the flow rate. Secure the hose along its path using plastic cable ties.

Just like that, the system is ready!

Compliance Validation:
Once the installation is complete, you must carry out a test inside the race car in the driving position. This check is mandatory to validate the overall ergonomics, connection smoothness, and full compliance of the hydration system before heading out on track.
