38mm Interface Spacer for Extrem Motorsport Drink Mount

An adjustment component for the Extrem Drink system cokpit connection, the CIE-460 interface spacer is used to raise single or double plug Extrem Drink mounts. It is used either to optimize positioning on a dashboard or to fill a gap in a carbon profile of your race car.

The standard height is 38 mm, but we can meet any design or height requirement through our custom service; please do not hesitate to contact us.

Specifically developed to raise and adjust the positioning of Extrem Drink bases, this CIE-460 interface spacer installs equally well on a dashboard or within a race car carbon profile.

Kit Contents

Note: The screws for securing the spacer to your vehicle's support are not provided, as these depend on the thickness of your support.

MODE D'EMPLOI

Installing the CIE-460 Interface Spacer

  • Positioning
    After identifying the ideal location for installing your Drink base unit within your race car, position the CIE-460 interface spacer (pay attention to the orientation; it is not square).
  • Drilling:
    Mark the center points where it will be positioned using a Ø2mm drill bit through the spacer.
  • Fixing:
    Secure the interface using a minimum of four 3mm self-tapping screws. The screw engagement length into the CIE-460 spacer must be 15mm.
  • Mounting the base unit:
    Then, position the single or double plug base unit onto the interface using the 4 screws provided in the package.

Validation: Once the installation is complete, it is essential to perform a full in-car test in the driving position to validate the overall ergonomics before taking to the track.
